Customer Success Managers
To support our development, we are looking for customer success managers on permanent contracts, work-study contracts or end-of-study internships. You will be the key partner of our customers to optimize the experience of their users and generate value: Mastery of business issues Proximity with IT teams, site managers and Business Unit managers Operational point of contact: follow-up, escalations Management of the adoption of the SASE solution and tools: customer relations, management, analytics Recommendations for optimization and anticipation of changes Governance, comitology and management of KPIs With commercial or technical training, you master the concepts of the SASE model and customer relations. Always listening to your customers, you have oral and written communication skills in French and English at least. Hoping to count you soon among us!
