CSR POLICY
SASETY is a cybersecurity services company specializing in software solutions that enhance the user experience, secure data exchanges, and monitor organizations’ security posture. Founded in 2021, the company is independent in both its operations and its legal status. Its role is to support clients with the assessment, deployment, monitoring, and day-to-day management of the technology solutions it sells.
Every SASETY employee shares the values of integrity, customer service, operational excellence, and innovation.
Aware of its responsibilities, SASETY is committed to considering the social, economic and environmental impacts of all its decisions, actions and recommendations to its clients.
These commitments are brought together in the SASETY CSR Charter. This CSR policy helps reduce its environmental impact, improve customer relations and the relevance of its recommendations, and develop a harmonious human resources policy that enables every team member to grow and thrive in line with the collective’s values.
A guarantee of long-term sustainability, our CSR charter is the key to shared growth that benefits the company, its employees, partners, customers and, more broadly, end consumers and the ecosystem in which we operate.
SASETY’s Social and Environmental Responsibility Charter is therefore based on the following three pillars, under the responsibility of Jérôme BEAUFILS, its president and CSR lead:
1. Sustainable development
2. Social Policy
3. A virtuous ecosystem and social commitments
I. Sustainable development
Our IT policy
Our goal is to reduce the environmental impact of our information systems.
To reduce its carbon and energy footprint, SASETY is taking various actions:
- Exclusive choice of an environmentally responsible hosting provider (OVH)Eco-innovation is at the heart of OVH’s philosophy. Since 2003, the company has been working to reduce the energy consumption of its data centers, notably by designing an exclusive liquid cooling system for its servers. As a hosting provider, OVH continually innovates to reduce the amount of electricity required to operate its data centers. This reduces server energy costs, with the savings passed directly on to customers. In particular, OVH has succeeded in eliminating air conditioning altogether by developing its own exclusive cooling systems.
- Store data using shared tools to benefit from professional solutions that optimize resource consumption, and minimize printing by digitizing key business processes (quotes, contracts, invoices, customer deliveries, etc.).
- Print optimization: reducing print volumes (black and white, double-sided), collecting and recycling consumables, and reusing unused printed paper as scrap paper or notepads.
- Workstation management: responsible purchasing, planning for end-of-life equipment, and reducing the power consumption of the workstation fleet (shutting down computers).
- Make maximum use of video conferencing (TEAMS, ZOOM) to minimize travel.
- Electronic signature set up using the approved DOCUSIGN tool.
Waste management and energy consumption reduction
SASETY applies a zero-waste policy as fully as possible at every level of the company:
- No paper cups for hot or cold drinks. Reusable cups and glasses provided.
- Used paper printed on one side is recycled for use as scrap paper, and dedicated recycling bins are provided
- Used consumables are collected and sorted.
- Recycling is in place for paper, cardboard, coffee capsules and plastic.
- SASETY uses LED lighting to reduce energy consumption by over 30%.
- Lights are always switched off outside opening hours.
- Reducing travel and promoting public transportation. SASETY is committed to systematically minimizing travel, particularly through the use of video conferencing. When travel is necessary, the company rationalizes employee travel in favor of public transportation (train, subway, bus, and, failing that, carpooling...).
- SASETY has chosen to make its entire fleet electric.
- Remote working, implemented at SASETY, helps reduce travel.
II. Social Policy
Employee well-being commitments
Through its organisation, management model and the benefits it offers, SASETY is committed to helping its employees thrive. To this end, the company has introduced various measures to promote employee well-being.
- Hands-on management: Every employee is supported throughout their career at SASETY, with an emphasis on dialogue and mutual understanding. Managers guide employees toward success and professional growth, encouraging them to develop their skills every day.

This commitment applies at every stage of human resources management, including recruitment, training, career development and promotion of employees.
In addition, SASETY welcomes young people each year for work experience days, as well as interns and apprentices as part of their studies.

SASETY signed the Parity Charter, launched by French Tech (www.lafrenchtech.com/pacte-parite), when the company was founded. 50% of its employees are women, and 66% of them hold management positions.

Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to the CSR manager so the company can prevent or resolve it.
SASETY ensures that its subcontractors and suppliers are committed to ethical business practices and expects them to also comply with the principles set out in this charter.

Awareness for employees, customers and partners
SASETY’s Corporate Social Responsibility Charter is given to new employees as soon as they join the company, and every employee is invited to sign it. In addition, SASETY’s CSR manager monitors the implementation of the Charter daily.
In conclusion
This charter constitutes a commitment by all SASETY employees. It sets out the key principles behind our CSR efforts and the measures currently being rolled out.
This process is ongoing, neither exhaustive nor set in stone, and must evolve over time to address any challenges to the defined priorities. It will therefore be reviewed at least annually and regularly published on our website.
The principles behind our CSR approach should inform every action we take, at every level and for everyone.
